# t# e/ {- u# K8 A8 ~; PThis seems to be an encrypted tunnel, to make your connection unreadable for sniffers - if your send passwords or credit card numbers in clear text (such as a normal http or email conection) they can easily be intercepted and read by anyone in your network, at any point between you and your target site.

Warning: this is a connection between you and a third party gateway, which in turn connects to the site you want. This means the owner of the gateway can still intercept your traffic, and the traffic between the gateway and your target site is not encrypted. In short, it is intended as protection if using public access points such as kiosks or public wi-fi (hotels, etc), from people using sniffers at those public access points, so it should NOT be considered a total anonimity tool.
